Fast, transparent cancellation guidelines
1. Cancellation Prior to Warehouse Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to carrier scan and handover. Please email support@noventraslutions.site or call +1 (239) 392-8717 immediately with your Order ID.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once a tracking number has been issued and the parcel has departed our St. Petersburg distribution dock, the order cannot be intercepted in transit. Upon delivery, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies.
3. Refund Processing
Approved cancellations are credited 100% back to your original payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay) within 3 to 5 business banking days.
