1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NOVENTRA SLUTIONS LLC (a Florida Limited Liability Company, Document #L26000502800). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the store are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from erroneous listings.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from St. Petersburg, Florida across eligible US domestic destinations via USPS or FedEx. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to carrier conditions. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
4. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
All hardware devices sold directly by NOVENTRA SLUTIONS LLC are warranted against manufacturing defects for 365 days from the verified date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, drops, unauthorized modification, or water ingress exceeding rated IP standards.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
